Banking Ombudsman

In public interest and in the interest of banking policy and for redressal of grievances against deficiency in banking services, concerning loans and advances and other specified matters, all banks should
comply with the Banking Ombudsman Scheme, 2006 .

Banking Ombudsman Schema  will enable resolution of complaints relating to certain services
rendered by banks and to facilitate the satisfaction or settlement of such complaints.
